ye thats right they play footy or rugby....but one of the reasons is boxers cant get pissed most nights as the afl and rugby players do....actaully who was the last aussie if any to challenge for a trinket?
but having said that u go to any capital city on a saturday night and theres heaps of heavies having a scrap....and if ya lucky u can even land a cheap shot.

Unfortunately very much a minority sport....similar to Lawn Bowls, Darts & Snooker when it comes to news.
Maybe slightly better than those sports but not by much....

most likely like irleland...if theres a good boxer the people will follow him and pay big bucks...the local clubs are pretty cringe worthy to watch.

About twelve of them also becoming some form of Muay Thai or Kickboxing champions didn't help things.
