Default Oner's Arena-Box: who were the original investors?

Former boxer Ahmet Oner started Arena-Box in 2006, or thereabouts, reportedly with 20 million euros in seed money. Has the media ever reported who the original investors were?

Just curious.

Aside from an article indicating that Oner had 20 million in seed money, I haven't found any other info on this subject on the Internet.

Not seen anything so was surprised how a little know journeyman managed to set it up. However, I'd think the shootings he was caught in were not so random, pointing to the source of this money..

Co-founder of Arena and business partner of Íner is Bernd Menzel, the manager of an investment company. I guess the money was coming from him.

Okay. I just read this information in the German Wiki article. That's an interesting business partnership: a boxing promoter and an established asset management firm.

Whatever his business origins, Oner made strong moves with his seed money. He immediately signed three Cuban Olympic gold medal winners. That's a coup...particularly for a newcomer promoter.

Does anyone know what the signing bonuses were for Solis, Gamboa, and Berthelemy?
