Some of you have been following me on the Fattie-to-Fittie forum, but I though I would create a separate post for this weeks blog.
I have found that lazy people like me make lots of excuses to lose weight, so to push me along i have posted my 10 week challenge. No crash dieting, to sauna suits, just better eating and more exercise. I want to lose 20lb and fight in September. Comments and tip are always appreciated.
