Haye wanted no part of Vitali, Vitali still wants to knock Haye out as soon as he knocks Adamek out.............

I agree that Wlad has better fundamentals..
But that is only the basic dimension.. Vitali is a better pressure fighter and counter puncher.. And he is better under pressure, Steward has taught Wlad how to stay away from danger and how to escape it, if it catches him.. Vitali knows how to "fight" his way out of the heat, where Wlad just holds on.. |

because wlad has dominated heavyweight boxing since 2006 and beaten everyone he's fought since 2004.
wlad will be remembered as a great heavyweight. |

Damn thats the first time i watched that. Vitali was screwing it ended so soon. You are so right, he wanted to beat his ass. Wlad went over to hug and congrat Vitali but he was like get off me, i ain't finished yet! Wlad went over the other corner and sheepishly said something, probably in response to Vitali's reaction.... |

Wlad is considered a better boxer than Vitali because his skillset is fundamentally sound. Technique is refined.
Vitali is the better fighter, using an unorthodox fighting style which boxer types do not have. But because he does this, you can't really call him the better boxer. He doesn't box, he fights. Calling Vitali a good boxer is like saying Naseem Hamed was a great boxer. |

"Wlad has perfect textbook technique. Stance, movement, punches, etc.. Vitali is the tougher guy, but not "skilled" like Wlad. Good example: When Wlad gets hit his reaction is to stop the other guys momentum, recover and then take control of the action. When Vitali gets hit, his reaction is to exchange. Wlad is an architect. Vitali is a wrecking ball" |

Wlad is better fundamentally, but imho when i watch vitali fight he just has so much more variety in his work and utilises so much more of the sweet science. He's a smarter fighter

But people just seems to believe that Wlad's fundamentals and basic 1-2 makes him a better boxer than Vitali.. As i said, that is only one dimension.. Vitali brings so much more to the table (without even talking about his tougness and stronger mentality), Vitali would be much harder to prepare for... |
