Default Headaches

Ive been training at my gym for about a month and im going to be sparring very soon. One of my concerns is that ive been prone to migraines my whole life and even if i tap myself on the chin i get an instant headache. Is this normal and will it subside?

EDIT: I forgot to mention that it sometimes happens and sometimes doesn't
