That is footage of Corbett vs Courtney. It was a filmed exhitnion match scheduled for 6 rounds. Corbett toyed with Courtney and mugged for the camera. After giving the paying customers 5 rounds of action, Corbett decided to end the match and knocked Courtney out. The full film supposedly exists somewhere. I have not seen the knockout.

Yes. Courtney was Champion of New Jersey. However, he wasn’t a world class contender by any means. He was not a top ten contender either. The match means very little, except to watch Corbett fool around in the ring on a slow hand cranked camera. Courtney was badly outclassed in the 1 minute footage I have seen. The ring itself was very small. It was designed for a movie. The movie did very well for its time.

Courtney wasn't even top 100. The ring if I recall correctly was in a "blacked" off box with a wall forming the forth side. Rounds were off a short duration also. It was just a money-making gimmick.
