Well, I dont disagree with you, the difference is its not because one's resume in one weight class is not stellar that he is not good, if he have a good resume on other weight class.

There's Abraham of this world that cant seem to change weight class and stay competitive.

But theres a lot of names that change and was good competition. Hopkins, Calzaghe, RJJ before he went to HW, Martinez, Mayweather, etc etc etc.

I always try to argue on the positive side (naming Johnson good wins) than the negative side as you did, but if it works better, its all good!

Lets put it the other way. A lot of people are saying that Bute is untested, well that means that we dont know what will happened.

I'm not one of those and you and Bat are not too if I'm not mistaken. We all know Bute is pretty good, we cant just rank him exactly since he didnt fight top 3 yet.

Stieglitz was ill, but yeah. He lost. Stieglitz will be a very good win, but not the best. Only slightly better than Johnson.
