Lol that confused me a bit. I thought he said it's not Mayweather, it's Pacquiao.

But what he's saying is IF it's not Mayweather, it's Pacquiao which means whoever it is, is a big star, so I'm guessing it is Floyd

my guess is he is stoking up shit to get the other party interested so they can make as much money as they can out of the negotiations
