That's what happens when you sign with Don King. You sit idle for years until he decides to use you.

don king is someone no one wants to do business with...tv, other promoters...but somehow...boxers dont pay enough attention to that... if don king can somehow fool everyone and get the rights to promote ali-foreman in zaire after being a numbers runner and ex-con he can talk the average guy looking for a break into thinking he will be the main guy and bring his promotion back to the top....don king is the greatest talker, salesman, ive ever seen, he had a long run...but he also ruined some lives/careers,,,,

don king at one time used to could sell sand to an arab.....
his days are done now..his son didnt come close to picking up the ball...don had some fight cards so good back in the day...that the 7th fight down, off air with 7 hours till the main even..was a random wbc title fight , that would be nice to see as a main event somewhere now....dumb he aint...broke he will never be...he even beat the IRS....and if someone took him to court...and he knew he was wrong..he would put it off for years...and hope to work a deal with that being dropped, for a big fight he will get you in...sign his contract...somewhere in there...u wont see something, that you should have...but that wont be his prob...haha
