You're trying to take some heat off of Tony's situation with the ad hominem about Tito.
Fact is...Tito's wraps are legal pretty much anywhere but selected states. New York being one of them. Tony's stuff isn't accepted ANYWHERE! Tito does it. Juanma does it. Shit Kessler had the same problem before his fight with Ward. Loads of fighters wrap their hands in suspect manners that bend the rules a bit. DeLaHoya wrapped gauze in between his knuckles until Freddie complained about it, then Robert Garcia complained about the same exact wrapping when Margo when up against Pacman. Point being...Tito, Kessler, DLH, Pacquiao, Juanma...all used gauze and tape. Margarito didn't. That's why there's so much heat. Bradley and Clottey are known for headbutts...Ortiz headbutted Mayweather deliberately...are we going to say "Yea Ortiz received a lot of criticism about the headbutt, but what about Timmy Bradley and Josh Clottey??" Gimme a break dude. |

A lot of Mexicans have alternative ways of having their hands wrapped. When you fight out of Mexico and other places without commissions and far more relaxed atmospheres, its not a big reach to imagine trainers wrapping fighters hands incorrectly. Compared to the norm of the game anyway.
Roach called out Barrera on it Margarito and Trinidad were "caught" by Nazim There's been allegations of JCC having wraps that caused a lot of damage on opponents Other fighters who've been called out on... Kessler and Juan Manuel Lopez Boxing fans are a bunch of dense cunts with selective, if not short term memories. Favoritism completely erases the guilt of some fighters while others are crucified mercilessly. |

Anyone who watched the first Cotto v Margarito saw what a plaster wrap can do when it hardens.
Way different than Tito. Both illegal, one being like a felony, the other a misdemeanor. Not, comparable at all. |

Ypu can learn from multiple trainers what was up with Trinidad's wraps in this link: [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
Everybody who wants to discredit Trinidad brings up the wraps controversy, but few really cared what really happened, and others flat out ignore it just so they can keep calling him "cheato". Basically you chose your side, it is not rare for biased fanatics of certain fighters to use Trinidad's controversy to soften up Margarito's case with his wraps also. |

Tito had fake power. As an amateur, Tito only had about 15 ko's in 80 some fights. Then he turns pro, loads his wraps, and cheats his way, until Hopkins's team caught him and made him re-wrap. Tito was a cheater most of his career, and got a "free pass" cause the NY commission let him wrap illegally. Margarito never cheated. Margarito tried to use plaster inserts against the steroid cheating-Mosley, cause Mosley was on EPO, HGH, clear cream, Steroids and other PED's. |

Both Trinidude and Margaricheato were cheaters even though they both didn't do exactly the same thing. When Tito couldn't wrap his hands that way Hopkins knocked him out in round 11. When Margarito couldn't put that plastic hand wraps inside his gloves Mosley knocked him out in round 10. They got what they deserved.
