I think he just wants to stay active.

Both the brothers have pretty much cleared out the division together so who is left? All the younger generation Europeans dont want to rush into fighting them so they are left with the washed up Cruisers and Heavies of yesterday.

Once people like the nordic nightmare, boystov, ustinov ect come into stride and the brothers are on the slide it might get more competitive?
