Yesterday after the gym, I ate a punnet of grapes, a tin of peaches, 3 chicken breasts, half a jar of patak's balti sauce, a reasonable portion of rice, broccoli, peas, 3 small shortbread and about 1/3 of a terry's chocolate orange.
This pretty much rolled into a supermeal as I had trained over lunch and arrived back home just before my tea time, so I just had that lot in 2 sittings within about 90 minutes.
