Maybe. It is a shame if he does stuff his gloves. He is a good young fighter, #2 LW right behind Marquez. Marquez only got a couple years. And he is almost prime, this is his time to shine just like Margarito's back then. Hopefully his career isn't like Margarito's.

It was probably nothing. Garcia, being an associate of Margarito now, would be incredibly stupid to let any of his fighters anywhere near dodgy wrapping of some sort. They probably acted fishy and had Elie edit the scene out, because they know exactly what the speculating public can be like. A meaningless video of Brandon putting on unusual padding to protect his hands during training, could lead to people talking up all kinds of nonsense, and before you know it, there’d be a shit-storm of baseless rumours flying about.

And lets not forget the Margarito making fun of Roach video - which was - wait for it, uploaded onto Eli Seckbacks pages - only to be subsequently removed.



So he has form. A normal journo wouldnt bow to their demands to take it down - If hes got previous, why wouldnt he do it again?

I hear what youre saying and youre most probably right but it was certainly strange. Rios wasnt even present, for the record - but right after Pelos Garcia asked Garcia on camera, there was a awkward couple of seconds before he turned to Seckback to turn it off.

Yeah, I get what you're saying. That itself gives reason for speculation to fume. It definitely is/was strange for them to act like that. But personally, I'd like to see more solid evidence, instead, to assume something wrong is up in their camp.
