Yeah, but Taylor was still a world class fighter and champion 2 years after that. In a division he really wasn't suited well for.

Whereas Roy Jones had zero wins of note against any contenders after the 2nd Tarver fight. In a period of about a year and a half, he went from beating Ruiz for a HW belt to getting KTFO by Glen Johnson and looking utterly terrible in that fight. He was higher regarded in being the p4p #1 than Taylor ever was, and fell to "this is sad, he needs to retire" in a shorter amount of time.

WTF happened to Christian Mijares? I know a lot of people were all over him when he was a top 10 P4Per and after getting KOed by Vic, he's nowhere to be seen.

RJJ is the most obvious. Talk about quickest fall from grace? That's it right there.

He was exposed as the overrated chump he was

after getting squashed by Vic, he lost his following two matches, won a vacant bantam title, vacated it without defending it once, won a superflyweight title, defended it once, vacated it, and is now fighting bums

and not a single **** was given that day

Michael Nunn after Toney, although he won a belt after, but was never the same, Juan Diaz after the Campbell fight, Nate Campbell after not making weight and losing all of his titles, Bradley after not fighting Khan, although that may change. Hopkins after the Dawson fight. Went from an ageless, living legend warrior, to a laughing stock old man who didn't drink his milk before the fight, and broke his shoulder.. =[

RJJ by a country mile for me.

Imagine after the Ruiz fight if he had fought and won against a shot Tyson then retired.
