You don't know shit about Brandon's eating habits. Brandon's natural weight is 150 and seldom exceeds that. He has had to fast for days to make 135 for over a year now.

No need to work with Conte when all you need is a health diet. The people who worked with Johnson for his move down were good as well. Anyway that's a good move for Rios!
