another reason why u don't set up this type of fight from the outset. wlad gets hurt and this shit fight is not cancelled but postponed for a few months prob b/c mormeck would have to be paid off it didn't happen. meanwhile what looked like an awful 'stay busy' fight now has wlad locked up for more time where he's not fighting someone even remotely credible. wlad's 35, not 27. what a waste of time. like i said from the time this was set up, everyone would be better off if wlad just stayed inactive rather than take a mormeck bout.

Very disappointing that this fight is being rescheduled. Mormeck has always been a poor choice since he has no chance but Wlad has faced one top guy after another and was coming off his biggest win so you could cut him some slack on Mormeck since he was staying somewhat active. But once the fight was off Wlad should have moved on and got back to facing top 10 guys again.

The biggest problem in this fight being rescheduled is seeing Wlad waste what few fights he has left on this. If he were 5 years younger then this is fine, the fight still stinks, but Wlad would have plenty of time to face better guys. Now, Wlad is almost 36, fights once a year, and is cancelling fights more than ever. He doesn't seem to have many fights left in him and is going to waste one of them on a guy few have any interest in.

I think it's now about contracts mate...
They signed the contracts and I'm sure there's a stipulation about one of them getting injured. I'm not too interested about this one either, horrible opponent, but I don't think Wlad can just drop the whole fight and chose a different victim.

What a croc of shit. This should be a stay busy fight, nothing more. March is a long time, for fighting a irrelevant voluntary defense against somebody like Mormek. What a farce. I'd rather they cancel this fight, and pick somebody else....

I'm not so sure this fight will happen.

Wlad has missed 3 of his last 4 fights, I'll believe it when I see him in the ring.
