She was earlier, and scored a rare-for-ladies 2nd round KO. (I usually don't go out of my way to watch & report on women's boxing, even if it is a top 5 p4p woman in action
). The main event was Olmedo vs. Munoz, even though it was only a 10 rounder and Bopp vs. Julio had the unified female world titles on the line. |

It already happened some time in the last half hour. I'm not sure it was televised anywhere, although Boxrec claims it was. Result below: ***SPOILER SANDWICH*** Matthysse KO4 Priotti ***SPOILER SANDWICH*** |

***SPOILER SANDWICH*** Reports from Twitter: ...."Too much power!" ..."Poor Priotti..." ...I guess Matthysse either was going for the KO against his old pal, or else he's just too damn ferocious to be able to pull his punches. ***SPOILER SANDWICH*** |

Thanks IB!
![]() Very nice comeback from Olmedo, when it really appeared like he was about to be stopped following the knockdown in the second. Munoz totally gassed after that, but that doesn't detract from Olmedo's ability to keep his cool under fire. Not sure if he goes all that far in the welterweight division, but if this fight is any indication, he's likely to be involved in some more good fights in the future.

Incidentally, saw the Bopp fight on this card, too. Bopp looked pretty impressive in dominating Julio, but the fight wasn't nearly as entertaining as her decimation of Warner (Julio wasn't nearly as expressive as Warner was during the fight, and it didn't feature the stunning Romina Arroyo as the official).
