Wow What a feeling did I have I knew this one would go over 9.5 rounds but wasn't sure who would win. I only knew that Peterson was there to win not just to try

My rule about not betting on sub-$.20 fighters paid off!

Wish I hadn't double-clicked and bet 2x1000 bets on the under. One would have sufficed.

And why the **** did I have over 25k and still be too cheap to throw out a measly grand in case of an upset at a ridiculous price.

Exactly. Why risk ALL of your stash chasing an extra what, 1200? 10k is still a lot by itself, it's ten times what you started out with and it's more than enough to get back on the horse.

I would have bitten if Khan was at $.25, but winning any more than petty cash at Khan's odds puts you at too much risk of serious hurt against anyone, let alone a live dog.

Easy to say after the fact, of course. But it was true before the fight as well, which is why I stayed away entirely. You went for the (almost) guaranteed cash as all us high rollers () like to do, but you still left yourself space to recover and get back in the game.

Ouch that one hurt.
Never mind i'll make a return, if i can be ****ed with it all again.
Vbookie is at it's best when you can see your name up in lights in the top 5 earners.Until it has a crash and people end up with stupid amounts of bucks.
Iv'e been around here for a long time now and i should retire.
Never hit the number 1 position in the whole ESB world, iv'e been second for a short time once.(only because the 3 big earners where all betting that weekend)
First vbookie crashed and i had ****ing zillions due to a glitch, for about 2 days then it crashed and dissapeared.
Second Vbookie crashed i was on around V36000 running 4th or 5th
Third Vbookie i had my name in the top 5 for the majority of the time until the malfunction.
Lost a bit of interest there.
Then i blew the whole wad on Amir Khan.
Easy come Easy go.
It's been fun.
