To me this is a 50-50 fight, both men are strong and weak in huge areas....its not a forthright conclusion to this.

Seems reasonable to me. Overeem is the poster boy for steroid suspicion in MMA, and Brock is more than likely down on physical strength thanks to his illness. His divirculisis or however the fuck you spell it must affect his fighting prowess and confidence like Anderson's rib did.

If Overeem demolishes Brock and Brock can't get anything going at all, then I'll be impressed with Overeem, with the caveat that the extent of Brock's deterioration after his illness and long layoff is a question mark.

LAS VEGAS, March 31 - Today, the New Jersey Athletic Commission released information stating that UFC Interim Heavyweight Champion Shane Carwin tested positive for the banned substance Nandrolone Metabolite and that heavyweight contender Frank Mir tested positive for Drostanolone, also a banned substance, in drug tests following their interim title fight on March 27th in Newark, New Jersey.

Both of these substances are anabolic agents, and both fighters face a possible fine and suspension by the NJSAC.

"Our policy on fighters using steroids, illegal drugs or any banned substance remains the same - you cannot use them,” said UFC President Dana White. “It's not only unhealthy and unsafe, it is against the law. The UFC fully supports the commission's efforts and we will continue to take measures that keep this sport clean and keep the athletes safe."

That's a joke thread. Neither tested positive. If they had then Shane Carwin wouldn't have fought Brock a few months later.

There's as much proof, in fact probably more proof that Carwin did steroids than there is of Overeem doing steroids.

And exactly when did I question Carwin? He got caught up in the signature pharmacy story so we know he's ordered stuff even if he's never tested positive.
