Always fascinated by cubans training (and fighting), their take on boxing is another level. This drill is a warm up and intuitive but good for the inner ear, balance, get a feel for the whole body, getting a feel for the ground.

at my club we sometimes do a drill where you summersalt around ten times then you get up and throw punches, to learn how to throw punches dizzy, i know taking a hard punch and being dazzed is a entirely different situation (been there before) from summersaulting around but it helps

we hit the bag then back up and spin around(looking at the ground) for 10-15 seconds then go back to the bag.

In order to make it more effective you need to punch in a uppwards fashion fighting gravity all the way instead of staright punches.
