It would be close.

Mirko would've sparked the JDS he fought at UFC 103.

That Dos Santos had no defence, and allowed a slow Mirko to land a bunch of straight lefts.

The problem was he had no pop on anything.

You're underrating JDS a bit here. He's basically cleared out the UFC heavyweight division. If he takes care of Overeem and the Barnett v Cormier winner I'd say he has a better record than CroCop, who lost his biggest fights against Nog and Fedor.
