I think if Brock get's beat bad he won't stick around, Training for 3-4 months then getting killed in a couple mintes isn't worth it for him. Especially if he has options like wwe to make easier money .

If he fights like he fought against Werdum, Overeem could clearly be beaten. I think Lesnar can outmuscle him early in the fight as he always comes out crazy like a bull.

Alistair will need good takedown defense and Brock will need to be able to take a punch and force it to the ground.

I'd call 50/50 in this one, pretty good fight, two juiced up animals in a cage!... sounds wrong but i'm still looking forward to it.
