ITV1 coverage starts at 10.40. Is this live?

Live doesn't always mean live. I remember when Tony Sibson fought Frank Tate, also on ITV. They claimed that was live, yet took us for fools by showing 3 minute ad breaks between rounds. We all know how "live" some of Setanta's boxing coverage can be.
It seems broadcasters can interpret the meaning of the word "live" quite freely.
