Current weight: 65kg (wanna get down to the 60kg class again)
This morning went for a two mile run This evening 5 minute warm up 30 minutes stationary bike and 5-10 minutes exercises Diet: 2 weetabix after my run 2 slices of wholemeal toast Protein shake mixed with milk Potatoes, carrots, brussel sprouts and a chicken fillet Protein shake mixed with water |

Training: 10 minute warm up 1.5 mile run 12 rounds on various punch bags 3x2 minute rounds sparring 10 minutes ab exercises Diet: 2 slices of wholemeal toast 2 poached eggs tuna sandwhich chicken sandwhich with coleslaw half tin of tuna normally drink 2-3 litres of water a day |
