Pipino Cuevas vs Felix Trinidad 147lbs

I like Trinidad`s punching technique and quickness over Cuevas. Pipino had the better chin at least during his peak as Welterweight Champion.

I think there would be a small window where Tito would be susceptible to a possible knockout...he caught and put on his butt a few times early when he was working his way into the fight..one of Pipino's bombs may well put him down for good.

After that I think he would expose Cuevas' chin as not being as good as people thought it was...but Pipino still takes some a bit of a licking before he succumbs.

Tito would get him out of there in the mid-rounds I reckon.

I am of the opinion that Hearns and Trinidad are very alike the more I watch them Tito early probably here at 147 he was criminally good

Going back and watching Trinidad`s early years at Welterweight its suprising to see how fast he was. Talking about `93 `94. His more famous Welter fights in the late 90`s exposed a slower more plodding version. The weight had taken its toll on him even though he was only in his late 20s.

Trinidad all the way. Cuevas was good, but not near as good as Trinadad.
