Haha... thanks guys...

It seems there was nothing to panic about... got up this morning and I'm 2lbs out

I've never ****ed it up bad before so maybe I was just panicking...

Thanks for all the help guys. Didn't make 93kgs so I had to fight at heavy again

I weighed in at 96kg's... I made 93kg's the night before but I was in no fit state...

Anyway... Got the fight at heavyweight and here is what happened! Let me know what you think... Feedback and shit. I'm the brah in the black and blue Trojan shorts with the tattooed right arm...

Your ground control is getting much better. I always find armtriangles easier to finish if you grab your bicep.

Next step is to not fight at heavy... I want to make 170lbs by 2014.
