i've left ireland and joined Kevin Maree's gym in Manchester with Jeff Thomas and Kenny Anderson. Been over here a good few weeks and i'm like a different man now.

the level of fitness and conditioning I am in with 3 weeks to go is better than i have been on any fight night.

i'd just like to thank everyone here for there support and the work that everyone at Kevs gym has put in.

i'll post some pictures of the training camp next.

I fancied O'Kane when I first saw this but betfair weren't taking bets. Fitz and Heffron have withdrawn now so I think this is tailor made for O'Kane but I'm sure Joe might have something to say about that
