I think Nick should be there, just playing devils advocate here

Diaz' best wins are against three lightweights in Gomi, Noons and BJ, a semi retired Shamrock, and Paul Daley. It could be argued that the Lawlor fight is the last time he beat a top 10 Welter. And his record against natural LW's fighting at WW it 2-2 with one NC against Gomi, but I think you can regard that as a W in my books

Now Condit is a former WEC Champ, lost a VERY close decision against Kampmann, beat three guys who are in the top 10, two of them are on this list and is now interim Champ. It's more silly to say Carlos is only on the list because he beat Nick as opposed to saying Diaz shouldnt be on the list at all

All very fair points. Hopefully Nick comes out of "retirement" and has another run.
