Default help me build a strength training routine.

My goal is of course strength for boxing. I have a general outline of what I think I should do, but I only have basic knowledge, and am open to any suggestions. Here's an example of my routine.

Su: full day of rest
M: Roadwork - around 2 miles, fast pace "tempo I suppose?" And boxing gym workout
T: Roadwork - temp, boxing gym
W: roadwork - sprints/hill sprints, bodyweight strength training routine (focus on either explosive or endurance strength, alternate weekly)
Th: roadwork, temp, boxing gym
Fri: Roadwork - long, strength training at fitness center, focus on maximal, or explosive strength, alt weekly)
Sat; roadwork - sprints/hill sprints, str training at fitness center, alternate weekly, different focus than day before)

I am at work so I can not get too specific as to what exercices would be at the moment. Also, at the fitness center I would alternate between barbell workouts and dumbell workouts weekly as well. The boxing gym days typically consist of your average stuff, bagwork, sparring, rope, shadowboxing, mittwork, and core exercise.

Ill give some example exercises for each routine later on today.. Thanks for any help!
