Also the gentleman you called his manager was not his manager rather his agent. As for Damien Ramirez, Gary Shaw and Lou Di Bella who are handling his career in the US they need to do the necessary and make sure the WBC don't shaft him. As always I put my money why my mouth is.

Actually Kofi was his manager. He started as Ajose's agent but became his manager a bit before the Jo Jo Dan debacle.

Olu you do misrepresent Ajose. Ajose is a laid back dude - nice, funny, generous - everybody who meets him likes him. He is confident but he is not arrogant. When you come on here and claim to be a part of his team, with such over-the-top arrogance and close-mindedness, it reflects poorly on Ajose. Yes, I fully believe that Ajose could be any light welter in the world. WHat he needs is more support. Do you really think the way you respond is the best way to garner him support? There are ways to stick up for your guy without making everyone roll their eyes.

Ajose has had an incredibly rough go of it, but he is a self-made man, has overcome poverty and obstacles that most people cannot fathom, and continues to work hard to make a living and accomplish his dreams. I find it rather vile for you to try and ride on his coattails and make yourself feel important with all the "we haven't made a decision" "it's a delicate situation and I can't reveal more"... and don't worry, I don't think Ajose is exactly eager for you to "rejoin" his team.

Not to defend him but Cotto had the right promoter and being a Puerto Rican boxer does have it's benefits in America and he does make exciting fights too. They should follow the rules though still just so I am not misunderstood. Could Ajose of gone to America like Sam Peter did?

Witter's style had similar problems in his career too and yet you were accusing him of ducking Ajose so you are over biased for him which I guess is understandable since you worked with him.

We are certainly in agreement that Ajose can beat any light welterweight in the world. This is a view I have had for the last 8 years. In fact I am also of the view he can take anyone at Welterweight as well.

Everybody who meets him well 99% of those that meet him like him. He is a nice humble respectful man. I agree he has had an incredible hard road in fact frankly I am sure you would agree that people cannot fathom the half of it. Lots of people abuse on here which is their prerogative but I will always stick up for Ajose especially against uninformed crap. He has been far from a protected fighter. If anything he has become an avoided fighter which is what is happening again after he became the mandatory contender. This makes my blood boil literally.

Mr E there you go about the race card again when you are the one denigrating African fighters and Nigeria in your previous post. I am not going to bother listing the fine fighters that have come from Africa and Nigeria that have won world titles and commonwealth amongst other titles.

Despite your provocation I will not say anything negative about Barbados and agree it is beautiful though it is not one of the countries I have been to on my various travels. Far be it from me to say anything negative about the land of your parents. Pehaps you should reflect on that before denigrating another country and continent.

For the record I am a big fan of Puerto Rico fighters. Fellix Trinidad, Wilfredo Benitez and Miguel Cotto are particular favourites of mine from that great boxing nation. I have said it before and I will say it again if I had a son and he boxed I would want him to fight just like Miguel Cotto who there is a lot to admire in both as a man and as a fighter.

Also the African title is not akin to the Southern Area title worthy as that belt obviously is it is more akin to the European title as a title for the whole continent.

Finally you can have your issues with me that is your prerogative however one of us will be proved right or wrong when Ajose fiights for the title. I rest my case.
