It seems that due to always pivoting, your rear knee can get messed up eventually. Did any of you experience ACL tears/knee problems from boxing (not running, jump rope, etc.)?

To explain, its Posture again and Body mechanics. Hips have 6% lateral movement, Ankle the same, But the knee has only 3% Feet too wide, Head over front Foot lose Posture lose Power, lose natural movement. Using the Body wrong, Injury waiting to Happen

My rear knee hurts from time to time.. but to tell you the truth.. I think it is from my job where I am standing on my feet for hours at a time.. and out of habit I tend to turn my rear foot sideways during the majority of the time

I have knee problems as well as ankle problems. Infact my ankles are terrible. But i always done the injuries playing football (soccer for my American friends). I have always wondered if the weak, injury prone ankles and knees have been brought on by my thai boxing days.
