Default What's going on with Devon Alexander?

This guy hasn't fought since beating Maidana at the beginning of the year. I think the move up in weight has helped him. I would love to see him fight someone like Brook or Berto. Anyone know who he's fighting next?

Oh you know, chilling, little of this little of that.

Eagerly looking forward to Soto vs. Matthysse so he can start ducking the winner. (...and loser)

Breathing a sigh of relief that Kotelnik retired.

et cetera.

In all seriousness, he's getting a crack at Randall Bailey's title in August.

Career opportunities start popping when you split from Don King.

Good stuff. Didn't know he left King. Bailey has a puncher's chance but I think he will be outboxed and outworked by Alexander.

I thought he and Paulie would fight...

Problem with Alexander is, he is a draw in st Louis.. So he and his promoters are keen to stage his fights their... But that also means he gets to hold whenever he wants and gets the decision whenever he finish the fight on his feet... So a lot of fighters will refuse to fight him

Already has a tv date booked. Will probably be against Randall Bailey, in August.

Had been trying to make a fight with Malinaggi, who challenged him, then either backed down, or took another fight before the fight could be made.

On typical schedule for a big name fighter.
