Hey Farmy, I'm as big of a fan of both Klitschkos as anyone but it's probably time for Vitali to retire. Yes, he could effectively fight for another 2 years or more but he's getting injured more and there's a chance he gets beaten by some far less talented fighter and he'd tarnish his legacy. Much the same as Lewis made a good call in retiring to be able to say he beat every fighter he faced and went out on top. VK doesn't need to prove anything else & if he retires Wladimir can become the sole, undisputed HW Champion.

Hopefully this match up doesn't happen. Before Vitali quits, I'd like to see him facing Haye and Povetkin. And ofcourse Helenius in next year.

This is not true. Welliver who posts on the web is using Vitali's name to keep himself in the papers. Welliver is a fleshy man ( fat and out of shape...like James toney fat ) with little power, and moderate skills. He's a good sparring partner type because he takes it well. Vitali will not take this fight.

No, not "one of the greatest HW's ever", but THE greatest heavyweight ever, both him and his brother. |
