I know you've been saying that Anderson isnt very popular in Brazil Vic, which Im sure is a surprise to most posters.
Who is the most popular, Im guessing Nog or Wandy |

Belfort divides opinions.... Yeah, actually I was also surprised to see so many AS haters in brazilian forums too, but he is popular between the casual fans... |

BTW, I saw Silva-Sonnen 1 finally and it was a scrap albeit one-sided. Anderson seemed to have taken Sonnen lightly and just got clobbered for the most part. Was prettyy epic that he got the submission at the end and I'm pretty excited for the rematch. |

Cheers Vic, nice to see a different perspective
Anyway...I watched me some Condit v MacDonald last night, and listening to the commentary in the 1st it was bugging me how biast Joe and Goldy were so I turned the sound off and rewatched it Ive got to say, the 1st round was Condits imo. He buckled Rory's knees with a right hand, landed more on the feet and the mat, tied up Rory when taken down and constantly stopped him posturing up, stopped him passing guard and got back too his feet three times I guess it depends how highly you score TD's on their own. Rory landed some nice counters which backed Carlos up Anyone fancy giving the first round a watch to see if Im talking out my ass on this one? |

I seriously think if you turn off the commentary on that one it makes a big difference
Joe & Goldy were doing their best Jim Ross impressions |

Condit Vs McDonald
Round 1 Close round...you could give the round to Condit for the most significant strike in the round...Rory for the TD, but he didn't do shit with it . Since he didn't do shit with the TD I give the round to Condit...but judge prolly gave the round to McDonald Round 2 Even closer round....Condit had some good knee, great scrap on the ground...but lost it. But I think McDonald had the edge on the more significant strike in this round. Round 2 for McDonald, judge prolly gave the round to him too... So it's 1-1 Round 3 All Condit...10-8 round....So on the official card I guess it would have been a draw...mine would be 30-27 Condit...but it never went to decision... ! I watch the fight with commentary but I didn't agree with Rogan....youre right he was riding his nut during the fight ! |
