Default Give me a rough outline of your routine

Just wondering what your routine roughly looks like at the moment

Eg mine is heavy weights in the mornings and boxing specific bag work in evenings. Cant spar until back to college august. I alternate swimming, running and cycling for cardio and do high intensity short bursts after lifts. I train 5x a week, thursdays andsundays off

Had a look, seemed decent. How do you fit in boxing-specific training? i'm not just looking for weight routines

Well, I just throw in heavybag work. I'm not at a gym at the moment. However, when I was, I did everything the same and just did what my trainer told me. Was usually 2-3 rounds of shadowboxing, 2-3 rounds of pad work, and then 3-4 rounds on the heavybag, double-end bag, and speed bag, and doing as many reps as possible the last 30 seconds.
