Default Demian Maia looks huge at ww - could he force his way into the title picture?

He dwarfed Kim, who is himself a big ww.

Who would you like to see Maia in with next, and do you think he could become a title challenger soon?

The fight was a bit of an anticlimax to be making that call, be he did look comfortable at the weight while it lasted

If he beats Fitch or kos, then we'll talk

Title shot is a bit early, but he just forced himself into an immediate match with a top 10-15 contender at a minimum.

It would be interesting to see him go up against Nick Diaz.

He looked very strong at the weight. Kim who isn't a small guy himself was struggling with the take downs. At least it shows Maia is trying to get back to BJJ rather than be a **** striker. Would of been nice to see how the fight would of played out had he not wrecked Kim on the takedown.

I think he realized his boxing isn't going to win him any fights and got back to his bread and butter.
