Cuban boxers

I've been away on holiday for the past two weeks and before that I had very important exams so I haven't been to the gym often but before I went on holiday I discovered that in preparation for the Olympics the cuban boxing team is training in NI of all places.

They are staying at Queens university and they'll do some training at Holy Trinity boxing club, but I was also told they would do some training at the gym I train at, Monkstown ABC. Now I can't fucking wait to get back to the gym and see them, I've literally been shitting it the past week in case they've either been and I've missed them or they just don't come at all

They are staying in NI all this month but I've got no idea when they will be at my gym. I seriously hope I get to see them, especially Lazaro Alvarez, Julio Cesar La Cruz and a boxer who I'm quite fond of Roniel Iglesias. Again I'm literally praying that I get to see them and if I do I will keep this thread posted for anyone who is interested.

My club just uploaded pictures of some of the younger fighters with the cubans to FB, so I don't know.... They are going to be here for a month like I said so I fucking hope they come back. I'll be absolutely livid if I have missed them.

The photos wereonly with the wee kids though so maybe that was only a chance for them to see them or something. I fucking hope so!

Fuuuuuuck I have just been told that they came last Friday and that I mised them! I am so fucking annoyed

The only hope is that apparantley the main coach might bring them back one more time after the Olympics because he is going over with them to London.

¿ What do you mean by " future silver medallist " ? , La Cruz is the Panamerican Champion , World Champion and WILL be the Olympic Champ , of that Im sure . Peace .
