At heavyweight, these are the ones I can think of off the top of my head where the two guys were probably THE two best in the world at the time of the fight:

And to clarify, I didn't read your first post closely and so I didn't realize you meant the two best pound-for-pound fighters in the world. In that case, most of my examples fall through.
