His height varies in different sources. CBZ lists him as 5'8". Boxrec as 5' 6 1/2. I'm too lazy to look up his measurements in the newspapers.

Tommy Burns .. How he even dared face someone like Jack Johnson as a five foot something feller. He had balls as big as a basketball..

Orlin was short too , in fact Tyson never wanted any part of Orlin when he was champ even though Orlin was Nabf champ and always knocking on the door...

Turkey Thompson was listed at 5' 8 1/2" -he generally weighed over 200 lbs in his prime.

I daresay there was some fat mexican sometime, or some old 40 year-old guy coming off a 15 year layoff who once won the golden gloves featherweight title. Some 5'4" 200 pound dude, rolls of fat everywhere, getting knocked out by some badass prospect away from TV cameras or out in Wisconsin.

sam langford comes from nova scotia canada,i believe he was taller then that
