Simply, the Guy that won, His Body and Feet Orchestrated the movement of the Head. Guy who lost, through pressure, His Head started directing the action of His Body, and Feet, Head Stability was lost, between Head, Coxxys,and Feet. Not a good place to be .

To add Oral is that, above the Neck, the Head.

Yes -- exercise and conditioning is important.
For punching power I emphasize practice, good technique and coaching.
Without that, you can have all the muscles in the world and still not break an egg. I have seen that so many times.

just go to a quarry, and move the entire load of rocks from one end to another via shotput. Do it until all the rocks are on the other side of the quarry.
Sequence:
Throw Left, squat (pick up rock), throw right, squat (pick up rock)... etc

powerlifting, singles, doubles.
