Who said he was "Ours"? He considers himself English, has a British passport and was raised here... he is a Londoner through and through...

It should be noted that in reality, Kingsbury is on a three fight losing streak.

If he has served his time then he deserves the opportunity to turn his life around. Obviously he is taking his MMA career seriously and by the sounds of it he has matured and is keen to use his experience to help steer kids away from crime. I say good on him.

Where are you from?

And that's bollox about "Fighting is about individuals not nations." Tell that to the Thais with MT , Mexicans with boxing and Brazilians with MMA. I remember as a Brit when I fought in America and Thailand I was very very conscious in my mind I was representing England.

Australia. Im not going to disagree with you as such because you have been there where as i havent. Theres nothing wrong with flag waving because it brings in the fans and can build hype, or do you consider Chisora "yours".

Just seems that the Brits on here more-so than any other group seem to be desperate to pin anyone with a passport as their own (Ive read a few Polish vs Brit threads)

Any quality guy that comes here and wants to fight for this country is welcome. If Jimi wants to be a Brit then good luck to him. It's better than poeple coming here and not assimilating into the culture and staying with their own national identitiy over the host countries.

Those Polish vs Brit threads.........

I guess so... he used to lift big and be into BB I think. Massive chest press... 180kg+ bench but he messed himself up and gave it up for MMA.

His boxing is pretty slick... I'm sure it helped him on the Croydon streets last summer

Don't be a fool... if he's got a British passport and he want's to call himself English then who am I to say no?

As an Aussie you should know this better than others as a large percentage of Australians originated from Britain

Just watched the first clip.

They mentioned he trains out of Keddle's gym, where they know their MT and it really showed through in that firt clip, nice technique.

He looks exciting.
