Is Manswell ranked. I didnt know he was even in the top 100.

Manswell has a decent chin and some big power. He's a big tough guy and is by far Deontays best test.

Hopefully Wilder comes thru this, BUT is tested.

He was as of a bout or two ago. I remember people were trying to pump him up as a legitimate test for either Chag or Ustinov saying he was in the top 20 of some org or another.

But his chin is decent and he has good power. Deontay OTOH has to protect his chin, which if it comes through after being tested should be a huge confidence builder.

I want Deontay to dominate and KO Manswell, but I also want to see him take a few shots and show us some decent recovery skills.

Neither his chin nor power are anything special, IMO.

He had a very padded record and KO% before the less-shitty-but-still-shitty Stiverne popped his cherry.

He's also been dropped or hurt by all of the half dozen halfway decent heavies he's stepped up to. The rest of his opposition, the ones he's actually beaten...hell, they're not even a tenth of the way toward halfway decent.

I agree that Wilder's whiskers are still an open question, but if Manswell's the one to check his chin it'll have to be considered a pretty big upset (even with Wilder being unproven). Hell, it'll be a shock if Wilder fails to extend his perfect 100% stoppage rate.
