Remember that Hominick gave Aldo problems with his technical striking, Edgar has a better stand up than Hominick by a margin. |

He's clearly an elite level 155er. It's just that his lack of size in the division and his style guarantees this type of fight over and over and over again against the other top LWs. Last edited by Thom; 08-12-2012 at 12:54 AM. Reason: Grammar, I'm drunk |

I would rank Aldo's deadliness over Bendo's, even with the size difference. Aldo is one of the most lethal strikers in the game, whereas Bendo seems to struggle to finish at times. I would rate Bendo's sub game over Aldo's, but we haven't really seen his, because he hasn't really needed to show it.

True, but the few times we've seen him against high level wrestlers, who everyone thought would give him fits, he seems to step his game up to a higher level. It's just my opinion, but I don't think Aldo gets up for guys that he might not deem a threat.

He always seems to hurt guys without ending it. I have to agree. At 145 his overhand rights would end fights. I just hate to see him chased out of 155lbs after what seems to be a fight, that most folks thought he won.

I have no idea how you can score it for Henderson. He simply didn't do much of anything after the first round.
Round 1: Henderson Round 2: Edgar Round 3: Could go either way. Draw realistically but could go either way Round 4: Edgar Round 5: Edgar It's either 49-46 Edgar or at worst it's 48-47. |
