This is a nice move... it's hard to pull off if the guy is really strong but if you are the bigger guy then it's worth a go

I'm a humble white belt who trained for around a year until I did my back in. Like most people I started training shortly after getting into mixed martial arts in a major way, and found a well established club nearby. I took the kickboxing and Muay Thai classes as well, but was most at home on the mat.

My favourite holds are the ezekiel choke and the americana, and I've trained with Rey Diogo and Rodrigo Antunes from Brazillian Top Team.

A great day... although 5 hours is a hard task!
