Frank's been promoting long enough to make an educated decision about when the weigh-in should be. Changing it last minute is under hand, there is no excuse.

it is rumored frank ****** has tabled a bid for arsenal football club and wants to rearrange the saturday 3pm kick offs to 7.30 am on monday mornings to suit the chinese tv schedules.

It's not quite Briggs vs Liakhovich, if you remember the contrast in that weigh-in. But Haye just looked ripped.
