I understand that and I suppose It looked that way reading it back. I was more saying don't eat carbs for every meal. Have a big pasta dish for dinner, but make the earlier meals less carbs or have toast for breakfast and a baked potato or a sandwich for lunch and meat/fish and veggies for dinner. Looking at the meal plan every meal contains them. Obviously suggesting he's not in a deficit. This is what my suggestion was supposed to be

I doubt I'd be able to go through eat 6+ smaller meals a day. That shit is torture for me. Whenever I present a scientific based argument to people as to why it's not necessary, they'll respond with "b..b...but *insert IFBB pro* does it".
Yes, but due to the nature of the harsh drugs that 'some' of these IFBB pros take, they can die if they don't eat frequently enough. |

![]() If 6 meals is more comfortable for somebody to consume their required calories, then I don't mind; but when I see people make total, absolute recommendations based off outdated pseudo-shit or what that big guy on lots of drugs does, it bothers me. Like I said in my last post, the big drug user that is injecting insulin and all sorts of other hormones has to worry about frequency/timing of their meals. People don't realise that a lot of the drugs that some of these guys take aren't the same as what you may see your average gym steroid user taking; they're likely taking stuff that can quite easily kill them (things such as DNP & inuslin). |
