On paper I'd say 1. Golovkin, 2. Pirog, and 3. Proksa
Talent wise / imo I'd say 1. Proksa, 2. Golovkin 3. Pirog Still tho.... this will soon be a E. Euro dominated division. |

I still think Korobov has as much potential as any of those 3. Hopefully Top Rank let Korobov out of the cave they've hid him in and get him some fights and exposure. I haven't been thrilled with his progress but even how he's look in his last few fights he'd still beat someone like Lee right now. You would think working with Mccallum would be a great fit but i think he's looked as bad as iv seen him as a pro under Mccallum.

They are all very talented fighters, its difficult to decide without seeing them testing themselves further against upper comp and, of course, eventually against one another. The next 2 years should see some very competative, beautiful match ups at the middleweight divsion. I woulnd't be surprised if Sergio left before the fireworks started. Of course, he's at least as talented as all of them, but would probably have to face them out of his prime.

If i had to pick which one beats Martinez, I say Pirog.... Golovkin's power is legit... Pirog can punch too... Golovkin to me, seems easier to hit... Pirog, i think is the more rounded fighter....

Korobov has looked AWFUL lately. Supposedly he had some kind of metabolic problem that was making him lethargic, and it doesn't seem to be fixed. Honestly, I've written him off as a legitimate prospect by now. |

I don't know, I'm just not that sold on Pirog. His KO of Jacobs was nice but Jacobs was still just a prospect and it wasn't like it was 4 rounds of utter domination then a KO. Regardless, I'd put GGG over Pirog.

i like both but what i cant stand is people comparing govolkin to kostya tsyzu he would get a boxing lesson before being ktfo. i have seen alot of posts stating that he is as good as kostya at that age thats a joke. i think pirog & govolkin is a pickem fight very close but very different styles want to see how govolkin goes when he gets hit hard a few times because really he has fought average fighters. cheers guys
