sorry not exactly sure what you lot mean by toes at 90 degrees. 90 degrees to what?
what is that last video about Scrap? Been working on keeping my feet closer together and have felt a lot better, more fluid. Not sure if they're related but just a lot more compact and moving around the ring felt easier. |

So you mean left foot toes straight forward and right foot toes perpendicular Like an L shape? Doesn;t that feel a bit awkward? I always thought you were turned on so that your shouldercame across more making you a smaller target?
