i used to run as ast as possible all the way round the pitch, minute recovery then repeat x 4

Just starting out (3 months since i first went to the gym.) my coach reckons i should invest in a kettle ball? Whats peoples thoughts on them? Trained a couple of times with em and theyre badass!

Not actually boxing for them yet, but i train at Tommy Thompsons in Nottingham.

I'd fight at heavy weight, i'm 6 4" 14.5 stone. Can't help feeling i need to put a bit of muscle on though (hence the kettleballs!) I'm loving it, train 3-4 times a week there, and doin skipping/5 a side/running/and some weights too when im not there. 31 years old so i'm a late starter!!
