Default What do you other boxers do to train your legs?

Well the thread title asks the question. Normal bb leg training isnt optimal when training for boxing imo (sparring with dead legs aint fun) so just wandering what you guys do to condition your legs

Squats and Lunges.

Lunges are AMAZING.

try this: get a chair, put it next to a heavy bag.

select a combo (i like a power combo like a 2,3,2) and then throw it, then squat until your butt his the chair, explode up and then throw another combo.

Set this for a 2 minute round. If you can do it for 1 round, try 2 or 3. Try this and get back to me!

Ive on,y bin doin em for a few weeks, cant believe ive not found out about em before. My coach recommended em, your right theyre a killer though!!

Heavy squats, talking about 5 rep range and hill sprints.
